Policies and Procedures

This page is to allow us to communicate Policies and Procedures that would otherwise not be found in a rulebook.

  1. When needed, the first two pairs of cars from any class may be randomly drawn from a hat. If any of the 4 select cars is unable to proceed to the staging lanes in a timely manner, that car will lose it's qualifying attempt.

  2. For any 7.60 index class, a run quicker than a 7.60 will not be counted as a qualifying run. Should two cars run quicker than a 7.60 in any elimination round, the one that runs under the least will be declared the winner. Any car running quicker than  7.50 in which car AND driver are not qualified to run quicker than a 7.50 will be disqualified for the remainder of the event. Should two cars run quicker than 7.50 in any elimination round, the one that is qualified to run quicker than 7.50 will be declared the winner, regardless of E.T. If neither car is qualified to run quicker than a 7.50, both cars will be eliminated and the low-E.T. loser of the previous round will be re-inserted.
